Cabiao

Cabiao has a land area of 12,140 hectares and a population of 79,007 as of Year 2015 statistics. Despite being predominantly agricultural with palay as prime crop, there are two (2) barangays which produce sorghum and tobacco instead of palay because of the soil classification which is not suitable to planting other crops. Also, because the Municipality is adjacent to the province of Pampanga, there are also fish ponds with “tilapya”, catfish and mudfish as prime products.
